Handling inbound and outbound Calls
Gender - Male and Female
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales and support.

Answer inbound queries and provide relevant information about products/services.

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with interested clients.

Maintain a positive and professional approach while addressing customer needs.
2. Sales & Promotion

Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

Handle customer objections and queries effectively to close deals.

Promote special offers, discounts, or new product launches.

Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/software.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance and conversions.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
