Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle sales or service-related inquiries effectively. This role requires a motivated individual who can engage with customers professionally, answer their queries, and persuade them regarding the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Calls Efficiently
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products or services.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and positive tone while speaking with customers.
Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify potential customers through calling and convert leads into sales.
- Provide product or service details, clarify doubts, and convince customers.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Customer Support & Query Resolution
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent service.
Maintaining Call Records & Reports
- Update customer information in the CRM system after every call.
- Keep track of call logs, feedback, and sales performance.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities.
Achieving Targets
- Work towards achieving the set sales or customer engagement targets.
- Handle rejections and objections confidently.
- Continuously improve call strategies based on customer feedback.
