Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Ward Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical support and clinical care in our hospital wards. The RMO is responsible for ensuring the continuous monitoring and management of admitted patients, assisting consultants, and coordinating with nursing and support staff for effective patient care delivery.
As a key frontline medical professional, the Ward RMO ensures timely medical interventions, maintains proper documentation, responds to medical emergencies, and supports the healthcare team in maintaining a safe and effective hospital environment. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, quick decision-making abilities, and a compassionate approach toward patient care.
Provide continuous medical coverage and patient care in the ward

Monitor patient vitals, progress, and update medical records

Coordinate with consultants and nursing staff for treatment plans

Handle emergency situations and inform respective specialists

Ensure proper documentation and patient handover across shifts
