Location: Meesho Warehouse, Autonagar, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and hardworking individuals for warehouse operations at Meesho’s logistics facility in Vizag, Autonagar. This is a full-time, on-ground role involving key tasks such as loading, unloading, order picking, packing, and bagging products. Warehouse Associates play a critical role in ensuring smooth, fast, and accurate order processing for Meesho’s customers across the country.
This job is best suited for individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and looking for stable work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be required to work in shifts (including night shifts) and must be open to handling manual labor and repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loading and Unloading:

Receive incoming delivery vehicles and assist with unloading goods manually or using warehouse tools like pallet jacks or trolleys.

Ensure that the incoming inventory is handled carefully to avoid product damage or loss.

Check unloading items against shipping invoices to confirm delivery accuracy.

Load outgoing shipments onto transport vehicles as per the shipping schedule.

Ensure that items are loaded safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.
2. Picking:

Pick products based on the order sheets or hand-held scanners.

Locate and retrieve the correct items from shelves or bins according to the picking list.

Ensure accurate item selection with proper quantity and condition.

Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor immediately.
3. Packing:

Pack picked items neatly and securely using appropriate packing materials such as bubble wrap, tape, cartons, etc.

Label each package clearly with customer and order information.

Maintain a clean and organized packing station to ensure speed and efficiency.

Repack returned or restocked goods where necessary.
4. Bagging:

Bag small-sized orders into pouches, tamper-proof bags, or polybags for easier handling and shipping.

Ensure barcode scanning and labeling for bagged items is completed correctly.

Separate bagged items as per destination zones or delivery batches.

Check that bags are sealed properly to prevent tampering during transit.
Additional Duties:

Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse at all times.

Comply with company safety protocols and wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment).

Report any mechanical issues with warehouse equipment to supervisors.

Assist with inventory checks and stock counts during scheduled audits.

Collaborate with other team members to meet daily order processing targets.

Adhere to shift timings strictly and ensure punctual attendance.
