Warehouse Data Entry Operator
Job Description
1. Data Entry & Documentation:
Enter daily warehouse transactions such as goods receipt, dispatches, stock transfers, etc. into SAP.
Maintain updated Excel logs of inward, outward, and stock movement.
Ensure accurate documentation of gate passes, delivery challans, and invoices.
3. Inventory Support:
Support inventory reconciliation by comparing SAP and physical stock data.
Highlight stock mismatches and coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain item master data and stock movement history in Excel and SAP.
4. Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with concern teams for document flow.
Communicate with transporters and vendors (as per given permission) regarding shipment-related data and documentation.
