Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive - HORECA Purchase to manage warehouse operations and procurement activities at our Pune Market Yard facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in HORECA purchase operations, stock handling, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

▪ Handle HORECA-specific purchases such as fresh produce, groceries, beverages, and packaging materials

▪ Coordinate with local vendors in the Pune Market Yard to ensure timely procurement

▪ Monitor inventory levels and update stock records accurately

▪ Maintain documentation such as purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices

▪ Conduct quality checks on incoming materials

▪ Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with warehouse safety protocols

▪ Prepare stock and purchase reports for internal review

▪ Collaborate with logistics and sales teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Key Requirements:

▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or procurement, preferably in HORECA or FMCG sector

▪ Familiarity with Market Yard vendors and suppliers

▪ Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and inventory management software

▪ Physically fit with the ability to manage early morning operations

▪ Strong organizational, communication, and vendor negotiation skills

▪ Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment

Education: Graduate in any stream (Preferred: B. Com, BBA, or related to Supply Chain Management)
