Warehouse Executive
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Operations & Logistics: Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Supervision: Train, supervise, and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations (HSE) and maintain warehouse equipment.
Process Improvement: Optimize layout and implement workflows to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
Documentation: Prepare reports on warehouse activities, KPIs, and performance for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP), MS Office.
Certifications: Forklift operator certification is often preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Physical Ability: Capability to handle stock and operate machinery.
