Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator with experience in the telecom industry, specifically in handling Microwave (MW) equipment. The candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, and coordination with field teams to support telecom network deployment and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations for telecom materials and equipment.
Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of Microwave (MW) equipment and accessories.
Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP/ERP systems and regular physical stock verification.
Track inward and outward movement of telecom assets.
Coordinate material dispatches to field engineers, project teams, and vendors.
Ensure proper documentation including GRN, DC, Gate Pass, Material Issue Slip, and Stock Registers.
Maintain stock records of Microwave radios, antennas, ODUs, IDUs, feeders, cables, connectors, mounting hardware, and related telecom equipment.
Monitor inventory levels and raise replenishment requests.
Coordinate reverse logistics and RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes for faulty equipment.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and telecom material handling guidelines.
Support periodic audits and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, project, and finance teams for smooth warehouse operations.
Required Skills
Experience in Telecom Warehouse Operations.
Hands-on experience handling Microwave (MW) equipment.
Knowledge of telecom passive and active network equipment.
Inventory Management.
Stock Reconciliation.
Material Planning.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination.
Warehouse Documentation.
Vendor Coordination.
MS Excel (Advanced).
ERP/SAP Inventory Module.
Good communication and coordination skills.
