Job Description
- Receiving and storing: Receiving incoming deliveries, storing products, and organizing inventory
- Picking and packing: Picking and packing orders to customer specifications
- Loading and unloading: Loading and unloading deliveries, and removing inventory from trucks
- Maintaining inventory: Conducting inventory checks, reporting discrepancies, and rotating stock
- Ensuring safety: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Operating equipment: Safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Collaborating: Collaborating with team members to meet productivity targets
- Other duties: Assisting with other warehouse duties as required, such as creating invoices, handling customer complaints, and training other associates
