Warehouse Helper Job in Mordern Mart at Anand Vihar, Delhi

Position Summary

We are looking for a physically fit, hardworking, and reliable Warehouse Helper to assist with daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is willing to work under supervision and follow company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks or containers.

• Ensure goods are handled carefully to avoid damage during transit or storage.

Inventory Support

• Sort, label, and organize items in designated storage areas.

• Assist in checking stock levels and reporting shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.

• Pick and pack products based on shipping orders or dispatch lists.

Warehouse Maintenance

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards at all times.

• Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure equipment and tools are returned to their proper places.

Order Preparation

• Help in assembling, packing, and sealing boxes for dispatch.

• Attach necessary shipping labels, invoices, and other documents to outgoing packages.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including the use of protective gear when required.

• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Minimum 10th grade / High School Pass

• Basic reading and number recognition skills are required

Experience

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory

• Training will be provided for freshers

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25-30 kg regularly)

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
