Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock levels.
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and German regulations related to safety and logistics.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
Handle any issues related to damaged or missing goods.
Train new employees and provide ongoing support to the team.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
Familiarity with German safety and labor regulations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
Ability to use warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
