Experience: 2–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience specifically within the telecommunications sector.
Technical Familiarity: Proven knowledge and hands-on experience handling Microwave equipment (such as split-mount, full-outdoor, or all-indoor systems) and associated accessories.
Software Proficiency: Competence utilizing Inventory/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and RF barcode scanners.
Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of telecom BOMs (Bill of Materials) to ensure field crews receive the exact matching components needed for microwave link alignments.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is highly preferred).
