Job Description

Experience: 6+ years

Location: GREATER NOIDA

Should have construction experience of which 4 year in warehousing construction development, Contract negotiation, coordination, proactive, Value Engineering, Cost Savings, Define Base Specification and support leasing on Tenant Improvements etc.

JD Dept/Function: Projects/Construction Reports to: Business Head Purpose of the Role Responsible for end-to-end management of a project from approvals, construction, handover and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for block plan and for detailed architectural and structural designs as per the DCR and regulatory requirements. Provide insights and inputs wherever required Costing and Budgeting

- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources

- Preparation of block costing as well as detailed BOQ and costing External Vendors

- External vendor and consultant management

- Collaborate with architects.
