Job Description

An Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) supports the Branch Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, driving sales, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, acting as a key link between frontline employees and upper management to ensure smooth, profitable, and efficient branch performance, handling issues from escalated complaints to cash management and staff training, says Great Sample Resume, Svasti Microfinance, and WorkScreen. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Manage daily tasks like opening/closing, cash handling, security, and facility upkeep; step in for the Branch Manager as needed, Svasti Microfinance, Great Sample Resume, WorkScreen.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, resolve complex issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, Great Sample Resume, Svasti Microfinance.
