Job Description

▪We’re hiring a hands-on Civil Project Manager to run site delivery for sports courts (turf, acrylic, PP tiles, civil bases).▪ You’ll lead vendors and contractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects finish on time, on spec and safe. ▪This is a field-heavy role - strong on practical civil skills and project tools.
Key responsibilities
▪Own end-to-end delivery of civil & flooring projects (planning → execution → handover).Prepare, track and update project schedules, budgets and progress reports.▪Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and on-site teams; enforce quality and safety standards.▪Read and produce basic AutoCAD drawings / markups for site execution.▪Perform/verify dumpy levelling and other site survey checks; translate findings into action.▪Use project management tools to log tasks, risks and communications (MS Project / Primavera / Procore / Google Sheets or equivalent).▪Report project status to founders/ops and resolve on-site issues quickly.▪Drive timely procurement inputs and material inspections.▪Must-have skills & experience▪3+ years in civil/project management (sports infra, playgrounds, building sites or similar preferred).▪Practical experience with site surveying - dumpy levelling or equivalent.▪Basic Auto leveling , AutoCAD (site markups, simple layouts).▪Comfortable using PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or structured Google Sheets workflows).▪Good Hindi (verbal & basic written) for coordinating with Hindi-speaking crews/vendors.▪Strong communication, problem-solving and vendor-management skills.▪Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
