Hiring for Customer Support Executive / inbound process || customer support || CCE Call Center Executive Voice Customer Service Voice Process / Non-Voice Process & Technical Support Executive
Skill Set Required:
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Good Understanding ability.
• The associate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling the satisfaction of the customer.
• Responsibility of monitoring, Call tracking for responses from the administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
• His responsibility is to Follow-up with participants within a
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Should be able to answer to emails timely ensuring adherence to the process standards.
• Follow up customer calls made wherever is necessary
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
• Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
5 Working Days (Sat-Sun Off)
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
