Job Description

A Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) builds and manages deep, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their primary contact to understand needs, provide tailored financial/service solutions, drive growth (acquisition/upsell), ensure satisfaction, and resolve complex issues, often collaborating with internal teams like risk/compliance/product to achieve business goals and retain valuable accounts. Key duties involve client onboarding, financial analysis, risk assessment, identifying new opportunities, coordinating service delivery, and strategic account planning, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Become a trusted advisor, understand client business/needs, manage satisfaction, and ensure seamless service.
  • Business Growth: Acquire new high-quality clients, identify opportunities for cross-selling/upselling, and deepen existing relationships.
  • Solution Provision: Structure and present customized financial or service solutions aligned with client needs and bank policies.
  • Risk & Compliance: Perform due diligence, monitor client financial health, flag risks, and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Credit, Treasury, Legal, Operations) for efficient service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Strategy: Develop market intelligence, create account plans, and contribute to overall business strategy.
