Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Faculty for intermediate MPC and BIPC subjects & with an well experienced candidate for 2-3 years. We also give yearly bonus for our candidates & also benefits within their work period.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions for MPC/BIPC students.
Design lesson plans and study materials aligned with the Intermediate Board curriculum (State/CBSE).
Prepare students for both board exams and competitive entrance exams (NEET/JEE/EAMCET).
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inspiring learning environment.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members and academic coordinators on curriculum planning.
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, syllabus, and teaching methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in the relevant subject (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology).
B.Ed or teaching certification preferred but not mandatory.
Prior teaching experience at the Intermediate/PUC level or in coaching institutes is a plus.
Strong command over the subject with clarity in explanation and problem-solving.
Ability to handle both classroom and digital/online teaching platforms.
Good communication skills in English and regional language (Telugu preferred).
Passion for student development and mentoring.
