Job Overview:

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell banking products and services through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a target-driven mindset to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for selling banking products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and terms & conditions clearly.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM software).
