Job Description
- We are looking for a Solar Faculty preferably from Solar Industry background,
- Education: B.Tech (EEE)
- Min Exp: 2 – 3 yrs
- Teach students basic to advance level Solar Energy System objectives.
- Develop lesson plans based from course objectives.
- Grade and assess students of practical experience based on post and pre-training.
- Instruction in a Solar Energy Systems environment class and labs.
- Organize and present prepared instructional materials at scheduled times and places.
- Maintain communications with students and colleagues to assure efficient and effective instruction.
- Maintain records of student attendance, student progress, departmental supplies, departmental equipment, and others as required.
- Maintain discipline and order during instructional activities.
- Ensure that safety is always kept at the forefront
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of Solar System design, installation, troubleshooting & maintenance, and the proper use of tools found in the Solar Industry is required. Knowledge of the IEC/IS/National Electrical Code as it pertains to solar installations is important.
- candidate with 1-2 years industrial experience will be given preference
