Brief Description:
- The role involves giving direction and coordinating to online marketing efforts, leading teams of designers, programmers, and creative marketing writers to develop the organizations' website/Internet Marketing that accurately communicates the message to potential patients.
- Understanding the requirements of the management in terms of marketing goals, requirements and desired outcomes.
- Prepare a marketing plan after discussing/brainstorming with the team consisting of Industry Experts, Designers, Programmers, Content Writers.
- Present the marketing plan to the management in terms of activities and budgets requirements.
- Based on inputs from the management modify the plan and upon approval from the management proceed for execution.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Day to day execution of the marketing plan and analysis of outcomes and modification of the strategy based on the desired outcomes.
- Ensure that content and online advertising efforts are progressing smoothly
- Daily scheduling of work amongst designers, programmers and following up for timely completion
- Getting the creatives approved from the management and suggest modifications if any.
- Ensure the performance of the team by actively coordinating amongst all the members directly, via telephone, email, via Skype and video calls.
- Arrange for resources required for successful completion of various tasks in the Internet Marketing plan which includes: Blogs, Video Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Newsletter Campaigns, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing
- Internet marketing coordination is a team effort involving working with a variety of professionals to successfully increase a website's visibility amongst a potential audience.

- Skill Sets
- Excellent Written, Spoken Communication Skills in English
- Ability to use any other languages like, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil,Malayalam will be added advantage
- Basic of Knowledge of Marketing, Sales,promtion etc
- Internet Savy and technology friendly should have the aptitude to learn and adopt new concepts on the internet
- Ability to learn and gain knowledge about the healthcare domain
- Highly organized Team player with abilty to lead.
