Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Web & Mobile Application Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications across various platforms. You will work on both the front-end and back-end development lifecycle, turning UI/UX designs into functional code, and integrating APIs and services for dynamic, user-friendly applications.
The role demands a strong understanding of modern development frameworks, cross-platform development tools, and deployment best practices for both web and mobile ecosystems. You will be expected to contribute actively to the planning and execution of projects while ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development

Design, code, test, and deploy responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Develop mobile applications for Android and iOS using platforms such as React Native, Flutter, or native SDKs (Java/Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS).

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar backend technologies.
2. Database Management

Integrate applications with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase).

Optimize database queries and manage migrations, indexing, and storage for performance.
3. UI/UX Implementation

Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and UI mockups into functional, high-performance applications.

Ensure applications are accessible, responsive, and consistent across browsers and devices.

Apply best practices in mobile-first and progressive web application (PWA) development.
4. Cross-Platform Integration

Develop hybrid mobile applications and ensure seamless integration with backend APIs, third-party services, or plugins.

Integrate app features such as push notifications, in-app purchases, GPS, camera, and authentication modules.
5. Testing and Debugging

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure quality.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across web and mobile platforms.

Use tools such as Postman, Chrome DevTools, and mobile emulators for diagnostics.
6. Version Control & Collaboration

Use Git for source code version control and collaboration (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

Participate in code reviews, pull requests, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
7. Deployment & Maintenance

Deploy web applications on servers (Apache, Nginx, AWS, etc.) and mobile apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Monitor application performance, uptime, and error logs using analytics and monitoring tools.

Implement updates, security patches, and feature enhancements based on user feedback and testing.
8. Documentation

Maintain technical documentation for code, architecture, and workflows.
