• Salary hike on last drawn salary
• Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7Am to 4Pm

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound B2B Sales Calling
Make cold calls to potential business clients to promote web solutions (website development, SEO, digital marketing, etc.).
Explain the benefits of having an online presence and offer tailored services.
Generate leads and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers.
2. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
Convince potential clients to purchase website and digital solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing & service packages.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Update and maintain records in the CRM system.
4. Market Research & Process Improvement
Keep track of industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Provide feedback to the sales team to improve marketing strategies.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing & web development trends.
