Hiring Web Consultant and Sr Web Consultant for US shift.
Job Description:
• To handle Outbound Calls
• Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
• Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
• Education: 10+2 and Graduates both can apply
Required skills :
• Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve the problem.
• Experience in any B2B and B2C the selling process will be an advantage
• Should have excellent English communication. Website process knowledge is added advantage.
• Experience in Outbound calling process is preferred

• Shift Timings: US: - From 8 PM to 6 am
