Job Description
- We are hiring a Web Consultant/ Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and cold calling for a B2B Website Process in International Market .
- You will be responsible for new business development (Acquiring new business )and maintain relationship with new and existing clients.
- You would be dealing in Web/Mobile App and Digital Marketing Domain
- Basic Knowledge in Web/ Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in Web process in International BPO
- Knowing our Products/Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Generating leads
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Cold Calling, Emails
- Making Proposals, Negotiate and close the deal.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, deliverable.
- Communicating and coordinating with Operations Department as necessary.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Job Types: Full-time,
- Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
- Schedule: Fixed shift,Night shift
- Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus,Quarterly bonus,Yearly bonus
