Job Description
• Contacting clients in regarding their Online appearance and business boosting.
• Good Command over English.
• Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
• Understand the business needs of the Clients
• Convince the clients and make them to invest on new Projects with the organization
• Outbound Voice process
• B2B Sales Process
• Experience- 0 to 3 years required in web selling or in outbound sales process.
• Salary hike on last drawn salary
• Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales to potential business clients.
Identify and engage with decision-makers (business owners, CEOs, marketing heads, etc.).
Generate and qualify leads for website development, digital marketing, SEO, and IT services.
2. Client Consultation & Solution Selling
Understand business needs and recommend customized web solutions.
Explain the benefits of web design, e-commerce, SEO, and digital branding.
Overcome objections and close deals effectively.
3. Follow-ups & Relationship Management
Maintain strong follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
Build long-term relationships to increase customer retention and upsell services.
Ensure timely communication via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
4. Achieving Sales Targets
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the sales manager to strategize and improve conversion rates.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
5. Documentation & CRM Management
Update lead status, call logs, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Ensure proper documentation of deals and customer requirements.
Work with internal teams (web designers, developers, and digital marketers) to ensure smooth project execution.
