Job Description for Web Designer

• We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for us. 
• Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for our websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our branding. 
• You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation.
• To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  

• Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
  
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Word Press, JavaScript, jQuery, Responsive are must.
  
• Expertise in Creating Pixel Perfect HTML/ CSS/Theme
  
• Work experience in designing UI for mobile, web and desktop based applications.
  
• Understanding and experience with responsive and multi-device design.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and associated design tools.
  
• Knowledge of content marketing a plus
  
• Proficiency with ASP.net web forms
  
• Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages
  

• Must have experience for at least 1-3 years
  
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  
• Must be passionate with good leadership skill.
  
• Aware of the latest mobile technology.
  
• Should be self-motivated with a growth mindset
