Job Description -
A user-experience (UX) designer has to be proficient in multiple skills, ranging from psychology to design and technology. UX designers also need to have a clear understanding of business goals and user behavior.
User interface (UI) designers work closely with user experience (UX) designers and other design specialists. Their job is to make sure that every page and every step a user will experience in their interaction with the finished product will conform to the overall vision created by UX designers.
Skills Required-
UX Designer:
- Trained in UX Designing.
- Ability to design for both web and mobile.
- Experience with UI designing for responsive design
- Excellent knowledge of Sketch, Illustrator and other web tools.
- An expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
- Good working knowledge of UX and Interaction Design
- Good working knowledge of UI design for mobile apps
- Looking for an experienced and talented UI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences.
UI Developer:
- Knowledge in photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML, CSS, Java script
- Knowledge of Javascript and ActionScript
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and schedule work
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, particularly for design, coding, and testing
- Obsession with quality and customer experience - Attention to detail coupled with ability to think abstractly
- Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
