• We are urgently looking for a Web & UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.
• The candidate with strong aesthetic sense and graphic designing skills capable to understand design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into the beautiful, intuitive, and functional design.

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering   
  
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders   
  
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards   
  
• Rapidly iterate and test a variety of ideas using wireframes, sketches and fully designed comps when needed   
  
• As a UX Designer, your role will be to formulate user flows and create prototypes for implementing user interactions which include data visualizations and planning tools involving interfaces that span across web designs.  
  
• You will additionally be responsible for providing designs and managing all the design assets within the team.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Web Design experience    6 month to 1 year years Experience in Photoshop ,Illustrator, UI/UX wireframes, Bootstrap, CSS3, jquery/JavaScript, HTML5   
  
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio   
  
• Solid experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools   
  
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap   
  
• Excellent visual design skills (Photoshop/ Corel/ Illustrator)with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of web and interactive design fundamentals
