JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Looking for a creative and talented UI/UX designer to design and shape unique and user-friendly design. Experience with successfully managing tight deadline and multiple projects at the same time.

SALARY:

Rs. 100,000/- to Rs. 120,000/- per year

SKILLS:

HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQurey, Basic knowledge in word-press and Mobile App UI/UX design knowledge

            DESIGN TOOLS: Sound knowledge in Adobe Photoshop. Awareness of Illustrator is an added advantage

            OTHER SKILLS: Creativity, Imagination, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Technical Ability, creating web site designs, producing sample sites

REQUIREMENTS:

i.                 Demonstrable UI design skills. Strong portfolio preferable.

ii.               Capable of creating wireframes, story boards, user flow, process flow and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

iii.             Efficient knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, JQuery

iv.             Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

v.               Problem solving skill along with creativity

vi.             Updated knowledge in latest UI trends, techniques and technologies

vii.           Building apps that respond to the natural human thought process

viii.         Good time management skill

JOB PROFILE:

i.                 Candidates should have the ability to iterate designs and solve the problem efficiently and intelligently

ii.               Candidate should communicate effectively about design process ideas and solutions to teams and seniors

iii.             Candidate has to create creative and innovative website designs and mobile app designs

iv.             Candidate has to maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing contents’ standards

v.                Candidate should study design-briefs, determine requirements, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas.

vi.             Candidate has to develop Illustration, logos, corporate identity, Company promotional pages and other designs as per necessity using software

vii.           Candidate should be open to receiving feedback, constructive criticism and should improving upon it.  

viii.         Candidate should gather and evaluate users’ requirement in collaboration with seniors

ix.             Candidate should conduct user research regarding design
