Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles and experience creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining our websites, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and align with our brand guidelines.
Key Responsibility:
· Design, develop, and maintain websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketers, to deliver engaging web solutions.
· Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
· Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
· Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and web performance.
· Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website functionality and design.
· Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects.
· Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages.
· Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
· Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
· Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) is a plus.
