Job Title: Web Designer

role in designing and developing the user experience and visual style of our

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing web designs that align with the brand and user experience requirements.
- Develop and maintain website layouts and user interfaces, ensuring mobile-friendly and responsive designs.
- Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional websites.
- Produce high-quality mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Optimize websites for speed, usability, and performance.
- Conduct user testing to identify potential usability issues.
- Ensure that websites are SEO-friendly and accessible.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic or advanced).
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with animation and motion design.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript libraries or frameworks (e.g., jQuery, React).
Work Environment:
- Full-time
- Ability to work remotely or on-site depending on company policy.
Salary Range:
Varies based on experience and location.
