Web Developer Full Stack Jobs in Pune - Color Elephant

We are looking to hire multiple full stack web developers to join our India-based team. You will join a growing company out of Europe who has worked with leading brands such as BMW, Microsoft or L'Oreal. You're someone with knowledge of php, javascript, html, css and someone who is ready and willing to learn more everyday. It doesn't matter if you are fresh out of college or if you are a seasoned developer — we are hiring across different experience levels. We want your help to build a world-class team of motivated, strong individuals out of Pune, India.

Please note we are going to hire full stack as well as people with greater focus on php and javascript. So you if you are better at one (backend or frontend) but not the other, apply anyway, but mention that. 

Who are we looking for?

Someone who knows PHP, JS, HTML, CSS. Candidate can be stronger on frontend or backend, but needs to have a general understanding of both javascript and php. Someone with willingness to learn everyday and who wants to have a really successful career in tech with a company that respects employees and helps you grow. Someone with strong ethics sense and ready to put the hard work needed to be successful. Someone with good english speaking and written skills. Someone who can work out of Pune, India, in our offices.

Who's a potential candidate?

- Freshers out of college (Batch 2016 and Batch 2017 B. Tech CSE/IT) with strong willingness to learn more and ready to join an international team and work on projects that impact brands big and small;

- Developer with 2-3 years of experience, who's looking to jumpstart his career, join an international team where he/she can have a voice and where opinions are heard and where he/she can continue to learn.

- Seasoned Developer who wants to help co-lead a team out of India building products for the whole world.

- Work is to be performed during day-time in India (likely starting around 10am)

About the recruitment process

We are opening an initial recruitment stage where you'll be able to apply through this platform. From all the applicants we get, we'll choose around 100 of them for a next stage. Here, skype interviews will be conducted with our senior engineers and with our managers. Out of this stage we will select 30 developers. Those 30 developers will be invited to an exclusive 2-week training program in Pune. We'll fly speakers from Europe and other parts of India and you'll have intensive 2-week training in Javascript techniques, Advanced PHP and personal training in English etiquette (and more). You'll meet and share experiences with other 29 talented engineers. After this training program (free to attend) we'll pick the developers we want to work with. If we select you, you got an excellent training to improve your skills AND a job!!

We're looking to build an office and team out of India to make sure we can satisfy the demand of our clients. However, we're doing it because of the immense talent we believe India has, so "dirty cheap" won't work. We're looking for talented willing to work hard and be compensated for that.
