Web Developer:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree or equivalent training /certification related to IT
  
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as Php,HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's • Should have creativity and imagination
  
• Should be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
  
• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
  
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment.
  
• Must be very open, honest and responsible. Leadership skills is a great plus
  

Responsibilities

• Designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications
  
• Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
  
• Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
  
• Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS
  
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  
• Develop appropriate code structures to solve specific tasks
  
• Create and maintain software documentation
  
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
  
• Ensure quality of products and services according to standards, processes and procedures
  
• Work with software programmers and web designers
