• Theme development/ customization for Drupal and WordPress
  
• Component development/ customization for Drupal and WordPress
  
• API development
  
• Logical thinking and proper guidance to the juniors
  
• Timeline estimation for each task
  
• should be smart enough to complete the tasks before the estimated timeline
  
• Should be responsible for the quality delivery
  

• Should be flexible in working extra hours based on the project emergency
  
• Should be flexible to work on holidays based on the project emergency
  
• Should be able to learn and implement the new technologies in real time projects with less timeline
  
• Should be comfortable to complete the tasks with tight deadlines
  

• Should have the clear and detailed description of the mandatory skillsets
  
• (Ex., Should have the complete details about the module development with why and how it is created, how they overcome the real-time issues and should not be like, I’ve worked on module customization, I’ve created a theme for Drupal-based project etc.,)
  
• The detailed description of the contributions he/she made to Drupal/ WordPress
  
• Should have the clear and detailed description on what he/she learnt on their own other than the project based learning
  
• Should be clear on how much they are passionate towards the technologies
