A web designer's job duties cover all aspects of creating a website. Upon meeting with clients and assessing their needs, web designers help create and maintain the product.
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM
Monday through Thursday (Friday, Saturday & Sunday weekoffs)
No Cab Facility

Job Description

- Strong working knowledge on CSS and CSS3 and HTML4/HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and Adobe photoshop, Wordpress.
- Develop HTML pages as per design provided by designer.
- Ability to adapt latest technologies and implement the same on projects.
- Development of websites and e-modules as per the requirement by coordinating with designer and Marketing team.
- Responsible to follow the best practices followed in the department regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements like - HTML and programming.
- Exposure and basic working knowledge to jQuery.
- Mentor and review junior web designers.
- Script Writing for designing new websites

- Writing and editing content
- Designing webpage layout
- Determining technical requirements
- Updating websites
- Creating back up files
- Solving code problems
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Conceptualizing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
- Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
- Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
- Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design
- Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.)
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular JS, React JS
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Experience with database systems such as SQL and Oracle
