Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and/or back-end development, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies, user experience (UX), and best coding practices.
As a Web Developer, you will work closely with designers, content creators, and the technical team to bring digital experiences to life. Your work will directly impact our digital presence, customer engagement, and online performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Development

Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function, according to specifications.

Create responsive and cross-browser-compatible designs for optimal user experience.

Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
2. Front-End Development

Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Optimize UI/UX performance for speed and responsiveness across devices.

Ensure mobile-first and accessibility-first design implementation.
3. Back-End Development (If Full-Stack)

Build server-side applications and APIs using languages like PHP, Python, Node.js, or Java.

Manage database interactions using MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other systems.

Implement authentication, user sessions, and secure data handling.
4. Website Maintenance

Regularly test websites for issues and ensure functionality, performance, and security.

Update content, troubleshoot bugs, and add new features based on user feedback.

Monitor uptime and performance through web analytics tools.
5. Collaboration and Communication

Work with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into interactive features.

Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to align the website with business goals.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team stand-ups.
6. Documentation and Version Control

Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

Use Git or other version control systems for code management and collaboration.
