About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate error-free code
2. Play an active part in the technical revolution and technical transformation in the company
3. Handle queries and technical issues of clients
4. Conducting impact analysis
5. Manage projects on varied technologies
6. Ensure that the development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to
7. Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies as advised by management
8. Develop and implement IT standards and procedures to aid in the development of high-quality software
9. Ensure that all engineers within the team understand and follow existing IT standards
10. Work closely with other team leaders and development teams when necessary to create software that is cohesive.
11. Actively contribute to the process of continual improvement, with regard to self, team, and systems
12. Raise alerts to management about risk factors
13. Manage code & documentation repository for the project on various development environments

Other requirements
1. Requires a combination of programming skills (PHP, MySql, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Ajax, and JavaScript)
2. Should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems
3. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred
4. Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred
