About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
2. Create and aggregate requirements from all stakeholders
3. Maintain a prioritized, ready-to-work backlog with an appropriate mix of new features, feature enhancements, and bug fixes
4. Work with business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
5. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
6. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
7. Contribute to the planning, execution, and review of each sprint
8. Work with the team to set sprint goals
9. Organize and facilitate sprint and release planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint demo, reviews and retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies
10. Act as the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams
11. Motivate the team with a clear, elevating goal
12. Work on evaluating product progress at each iteration
13. Work closely with product management and engineering management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
14. Collaborate with QA and customer support teams to replicate, understand, and prioritize the resolution of customer issues
