1. Full-stack web application development experience
2. Experience with MVC and OOP design patterns
3. Strong experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred)
4. ReactJS experience is preferred but not required, but any client-side structured JavaScript experience (such as Angular) would be beneficial
