About the internship
As a web developer intern, your primary responsibilities will be front-end web/app development. You must be specialized in the development of world wide web applications using a client-server model. The applications typically use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the client, PHP in the server, and HTTP for communications between client and server. Your job roles consist of developing and maintaining web applications.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and implementing new features and functionality on the web
2. Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin
3. Converting comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
4. Developing new plugins for WordPress
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript & jQuery

3. Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats
4. Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
5. Should know WordPress customizer API and its frameworks
6. Should know WordPress hooks and actions
