Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Website Developer Intern located in New Delhi. The intern will be responsible for assisting with both front-end and back-end web development tasks, programming, and web design. Other daily tasks will include supporting the development team, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other departments to create and maintain efficient, user-friendly websites.
Qualifications
- Web Development, Front-End Development, and Back-End Web Development skills
- Programming skills
- Web Design skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development & Maintenance
- Assist in building and optimizing websites for performance and user experience.
- Work on front-end design using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Support back-end development using PHP, MySQL, or Node.js (if applicable).
CMS & E-Commerce Support
- Customize themes and plugins in WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Assist in managing e-commerce websites and payment gateways.
- Troubleshoot website errors, bugs, and performance issues.
SEO & Performance Optimization
- Implement basic SEO strategies for improved search rankings.
- Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and security.
- Test website functionality across browsers and devices.
Collaboration & Learning
- Work with designers and marketers to improve UI/UX.
- Learn and implement new web technologies and frameworks.
- Document project updates, changes, and technical procedures.
