Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and creative Website Developer Intern to join our IT team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining websites, working closely with experienced developers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development

Assist in developing and maintaining websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

2. Website Maintenance & Updates

Perform website updates, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.

Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and mobile compatibility.

Test websites for functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and user experience.
3. Collaboration & Learning

Work under the guidance of senior developers and project managers.

Participate in team meetings, project planning, and brainstorming sessions.

Learn best practices in web development, UI/UX design, and coding standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper documentation of code, website changes, and project updates.

Report progress and challenges to the mentor or supervisor regularly.
5. Exposure to Tools & Technologies

Gain experience in CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, etc.), frameworks (React, Angular), and database integration.

Learn to use version control systems like Git / GitHub.
Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
