Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welding & Fabrication
-
Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding based on project requirements.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Weld and fabricate metal structures and components with accuracy.

Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of welded materials.
2. Equipment & Safety Compliance
-
Operate welding machines, grinders, and other tools efficiently.

Follow safety guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.

Conduct regular maintenance of welding equipment.
-
Wear protective gear (helmets, gloves, safety glasses) at all times.
3. Quality Control & Inspection
-
Inspect completed welds for defects, cracks, or weak spots.
-
Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards.

Perform necessary repairs or refinements as required.
4. Collaboration & Reporting
-
Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members.
-
Report progress, issues, and completed tasks to management.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
