Job Description
- Work as a Lead generator for customers
- Promote wellness and conduct health evaluations
- Give presentation to the customers for available Wellness programs
- Be abreast with the product knowledge
- Attend training programs and opportunity meetings
- Work as a single point of contact for Follow up with the existing customers.
- Build excellent relationships with primary care teams and other key stakeholders.
- Build knowledge of community support and develop partnerships to ensure signposting is safe and effective.
- Act as a champion of personalised care and health coaching, increasing awareness and promoting its benefits to primary care staff and other audiences.
- Work with your line manager to identify your own support needs and undertake continual personal and professional development.
