About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist and support our relationship managers in ensuring our clients' success
2. Help our customer success management team in streamlining processes and identifying workflows to simplify reporting and keep track of time spent
3. Create and deliver ideas to improve the customer success team's efficiency and processes so that they can scale
4. Work on overall client engagement and making sure that customer happiness is created for the client base
5. Coordinate with the supply side of the services that are being provided and make sure there is a persistent balance between the demand and supply
6. Compile campaign performance data and reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Ensure the engagement of the client is done effectively using correct resources and R&D
8. Ensure the branding of the brand and make sure that 80% of employee wellbeing is achieved through the execution of plans
