Project Biologist Job vacancies in Wildlife Institute of India (WII)
Project Title : “Evaluating the Outstanding Universal Values of Western Ghats (Sahyadri sub-cluster) for Provisioning and Regulating Ecosystem Services in the region”
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Masters’ Degree in Zoology/ Wildlife Science / Ecology / Forestry / Social Science with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Working knowledge of RS & GIS and Ecosystem Services
Desirable : Research experience in biodiversity, disaster risk reduction (DRR) and ecosystem services, especially. Published research papers in peer-reviewed journals, ability to speak Marathi and conduct ecological and socioeconomic research in tough field conditions. Knowledge
Emoluments : Rs. 18,000/month + HRA (admissible)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years as on the date of interview.
