• Trained in windows and Linux 
• Trained in Active Directory/Azure Cloud AD, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, GPO, etc.
• Supporting & Monitoring the NOC Operation regarding VPN
• Understanding of WAN and LAN switching and routing.
• Network monitoring and management
• Must be able to provide Network, Software and hardware support for all Internal and Remote employees
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems etc.
