Hands-on experience in WEDM (Wire Electrical Discharge Machine) and CNC VMC (Roder) operations, with expertise in machining, setup, and maintenance. •Skilled in production line improvement, manpower management, and strategic planning, with a focus on optimizing processes, reducing downtime, and ensuring efficient resource utilization to achieve production targets. •Proficient in monitoring machine parameters, diagnosing losses, and driving process improvements to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) •Proficient in operating and managing different quality control instruments for maintaining high standards in production quality. •Proven ability in die maintenance and breakdown control, ensuring continuous production flow and reduced machine stoppages. •Proficient in engineering drawing reading and interpretation for accurate machining, assembly, and quality inspection. •Proficient in machine and workplace inspections, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational guidelines. •Operating Electrode Manufacturing Machine RODER RXP400 with RMS software (VMC) for precision machining and tooling applications. •Knowledge of press tools. (Operation and types) (Compound tool, Combination tool, Progressive tool and all operations) • Implemented 5S,TPM, Kaizen, Pokayoke for manufacturing excellence.
