Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wire Nail Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating automatic wire nail manufacturing machines, handling equipment manually when required, and supervising daily production activities. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Candidates should be team-oriented, capable of working under minimal supervision, and committed to long-term employment. On-the-job training will be provided, and performance-based salary hikes will be offered. A probation period of 3 months applies.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate automatic wire nail manufacturing machines efficiently and safely.

Manually handle and load raw materials (wires) into the machines as needed.

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain output quality.

Ensure continuous production flow and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.

Supervise and coordinate with helpers or junior operators during shifts.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the machine and production area.

Track daily production output and report to the supervisor or production manager.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and maintenance schedules.

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other operators and departments.

Learn and implement new techniques shared by trainers or experienced technicians.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum years of experience operating wire nail or similar automatic machines (preferred).

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common machine issues.

Ability to lift raw materials and handle physical work as required.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions from trainers and senior staff.

Team-building capacity and good interpersonal communication.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and discipline.

Ability to read measurements and ensure product quality standards.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
